MIG Welding

TIG Welding
TIG Welding is used across many industries including point of sale, events and hospitality. They create neat joints so the welds are either nearly invisible or can be ground smooth, resulting in a flawless, seamless finish.
It is widely used across the medical and food industries because of the cleanliness of the welds. This is especially important for food-grade equipment, which typically uses 304 or 316 grade stainless steel.

Steel Ductwork
Our client required an airtight fabricated assembly to link two machines together. We reviewed the designs using CAD, ensuring they were fabricated to specific tolerances to ensure easy and airtight assembly. We constructed and galvansied the steel ductwork and delivered to site for the customer to fit.
Machine Platform
Our client had a single platform which was too large to ship as one piece. Our challenge was to take the original design, deconstruct it and redesign it so it could be transported globally and re-assembled “flat-pack style”.
Vanity Unit Frames
The client required a seamless metal base unit with neat joints to act as a frame for a high-end marble vanity unit. We collaborated with the client on design to ensure we fabricated a product to meet their specification. A prototype was created and signed off. The resulting finished frames were brass plated to elevate the units to the desired finish before they found their way to a prestigious hotel and spa.
