Manufacturing, assembly, packing and fulfilment from one partner
T-Rax brings manufacture, assembly, packing, storage and dispatch together for the products we manufacture. From our base in Leicestershire, we support customers across the UK and arrange overseas deliveries, with the service tailored to each customer’s requirements.
Whether you need a single batch delivered together or stock held for scheduled releases, we can plan the complete journey alongside production. Agree the product specification, packing requirements and delivery schedule with one team.
Manufacture and assemble to your specification
Bring together CAD support, laser cutting, folding, welding and finishing as required by your design. We can manufacture loose components, assemble sub-assemblies or prepare completed mechanical units, with inspection and acceptance criteria agreed for your project.
Discuss packing and handling requirements at the enquiry stage so they can be considered during product development and manufacture.
Packing that protects your products
We pack the products we manufacture to suit their finish, size, handling requirements and destination. Options include:
- Protective wrapping, foam and edge protection for finished surfaces and vulnerable areas.
- Cardboard boxes, crates and wrapped pallets.
- Individual packs, complete component kits and bulk pallet quantities.
- Customer-supplied packaging and packing to your own specification.
- Branded labels, part numbers, barcodes, instructions and delivery paperwork.
- Reusable packaging and returnable stillages.
We agree the packing method with you so your goods are prepared for the next stage, whether that is storage, assembly, installation or onward delivery.
5,000 sq ft of storage and flexible call-off orders
Our 5,000 sq ft of storage space allows us to hold manufactured products for release when you need them. We can support long-term stock holding, call-off orders and weekly or monthly delivery schedules.
Storage allocation, duration, release quantities and delivery dates are agreed for each customer. This allows you to plan production batches and deliveries around your own requirements.
Orders, stock reports and dispatch updates
Place orders by email or phone, or send us your purchase order. We agree how orders and stock releases will be managed and can provide stock reports regularly or on request.
We notify you when goods are dispatched and can provide tracking or proof of delivery, with the arrangements agreed for your chosen delivery service.
UK and overseas delivery
We use our own vehicles and work closely with local couriers to serve customers up and down the country. We can deliver to one address, multiple customer sites or directly to your end customers.
For overseas orders, T-Rax can arrange international transport or coordinate collection with your nominated carrier. Tell us the destinations and required dates so we can agree suitable transport and packing arrangements.
Support after delivery
If goods arrive damaged, items are missing or you identify a manufacturing fault, contact T-Rax directly. We review the issue with you and agree an appropriate repair, replacement or other resolution.
What to send for a quotation
Send your product drawings, quantities, finish, packing specification, delivery locations and required dates. Include unit and pallet weights where known. For repeat demand, tell us the expected order frequency, stock-holding needs and preferred release schedule.

Can you use our branding and packaging?
Yes. We can work to your packing specification, use customer-supplied packaging and include branded labels, barcodes, instructions and paperwork.
Can you manufacture a batch and deliver it in stages?
Yes. We can hold stock and release agreed quantities on a call-off basis or to a weekly or monthly delivery schedule. Storage and release arrangements are agreed individually.
Can you deliver directly to our customers, including overseas?
Yes. We can dispatch to your sites or end customers across the UK and overseas. We can arrange international transport or work with your chosen carrier.
