Choose the scope your project needs
Our manufacturing services include sheet laser cutting, folding, MIG, TIG and robotic welding, and powder coating. We work with steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We also use SolidWorks and 3D CAD for design work, with prototyping and batch production available for suitable projects.

Make assembly and packing part of the quotation
For a useful quotation, send the latest drawings or design brief, quantities, material requirements and the intended finish. Identify which parts need to arrive assembled and whether fixings or other supplied components form part of the job. Include photographs or sketches where they explain the finished product more clearly.
Consider how the product will be handled after manufacture. Individual protection, grouped packs and the delivery destination can affect the brief. Where a product needs a purpose-designed handling frame, our stillage design and manufacture service may also be relevant. Provide the product dimensions, weight and handling method so the requirement can be assessed.
