Discuss your project

Manufactured in Desford. Delivered across the UK.

One point of contact for your design, fabrication, assembly and packing requirements.

Your manufacturing partner, wherever you are in the UK

You do not need to be based near our workshop to work with T-Rax. Share your drawings, quantities and delivery requirements and we can review the complete manufacturing brief with you. Our team works from Coton House Farm in Desford, bringing design and production together for customers across the country.

We can manufacture, assemble and pack the products we make. That can mean individual sheet metal components, a welded fabrication, a finished enclosure or a product ready for its next stage. The starting point is what you need to receive and how it will be used.

Explore our UK coverage

Choose your region for practical guidance on preparing a fabrication enquiry and planning delivery. We welcome enquiries from cities, towns and rural locations throughout the UK; the destination postcode and receiving arrangements help us agree the right delivery approach.

For customers near our Desford base, see our existing Leicester and Leicestershire and Warwickshire fabrication pages.

From a drawing to a finished order

Our manufacturing services include SolidWorks 3D CAD, sheet laser cutting, folding, MIG, TIG and robotic welding, and powder coating. We work with steel, stainless steel and aluminium, supporting prototypes, one-off work and batches into the thousands. Review our equipment and capacity to discuss the processes and dimensions relevant to your project.

If several parts form one product, include assembly drawings and a bill of materials. Specify the finished condition you need, any supplied components, protection for visible surfaces and packing instructions. Our manufacturing, packing and fulfilment service can be considered alongside the fabrication.

Delivery planned around your destination

We have our own vehicles and work closely with local couriers to serve customers across the UK and overseas. Delivery arrangements depend on the size and weight of the order, the destination and the access available. Include any restrictions, booking requirements and unloading equipment in your enquiry. For islands, remote destinations or multiple delivery addresses, share the full details so routing and handling can be assessed with your quotation.

We have 5,000 sq ft of storage alongside our manufacturing space. If you need an order held or released in stages, tell us the proposed quantities and storage requirements so the arrangement can be discussed before manufacture.

What to send for a quotation

  • Current drawings, CAD files or a clear description of the product.
  • Material, thickness, finish, quantity and any critical tolerances.
  • Assembly, inspection and packing requirements.
  • Delivery postcode, site contact, access and unloading information.
